Faturan is the name of the product manufactured 100 years ago by the eponymous Egyptian chemist “Faturan” and consists mostly of German Bakelite with powdered amber (solid old-cut amber) and other additives that give it these excellent characteristics, crystal sound, soft touch, distinctive aroma during use.
Transparent faturan are all those later rosaries that were created after the crimson “faturan”. The recipe is identical with the only difference in the proportions of the ingredients and therefore in the final result.
