Tourmaline comprises a large range of cyclosilicate minerals and is available in a plethora of colors. This mineral is hard and transparent and very resistant to oxidation. The name is derived from the Sinhalese word “tourmali”, which means “mixed”. As it exhibits remarkable healing properties it has become one of the most popular precious stones.
All minerals used for the creation of our kombolois are mostly gemstones used to craft jewelry. Handle this komboloi with care. Inclusions, cracks and breakage surfaces are a natural phenomenon and should never be associated with wear and tear.
